Delivery and Returns
Please Note leading up to Christmas we will be using a courier service due to the Royal Mail strikes
All silk products include postage and will be dispatched promptly on receipt of your payment.
Most orders are posted 1st class recorded delivery apart from the silk pillows and larger orders which are posted via courier which takes 2 days.
You can change the delivery address of your order once you have put in your details via credit/debit card or via a paypal account
You will come to the page - "Review your payment" this is where you confirm your order via the "Pay Now" button
Here there is an option "Post to" you can change the delivery address there - you can also email me with a message you wish to be added

Our products are made to the highest standards using luxury 25 momme mulberry silk. If any item does not meet this promise just e-mail us to arrange the return and request either a replacement or refund. Kindly ensure that the product is returned in pristine condition. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
